Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, strategic and innovative Supply Chain Analyst. This position will be based in our corporate offices located at Pennington, NJ.

Review and update customer forecast, new product forecast and monitor inventory levels on daily basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain customer forecast on daily basis.
  • Prepare and update long term forecast for new products.
  • Prepare forecast variance report on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepare documents for new products launches (HDA sheets, Assignment of GTIN, Product set up sheet etc.)
  • Reports on slow moving or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate and verification for destruction certificate with 3PL.
  • Support other miscellaneous work as and when required.

Education or Equivalent:

  • Requires a four-year college or university degree.

 

Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years' relevant work experience in the field of Supply Chain/ Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in SAP tool will be added advantage.
  • Ability to work with cross functional groups, and handle difficult situations under pressure.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to utilize ERP information and analyze results.
  • Strong computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Take initiative and has strong follow through.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Environment:

  • Must be available for occasional travel.

Physical Requirement:

  • General office environment, ability to sit for long periods.

None.
