Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic, strategic and innovative Supply Chain Coordinator. This position will be based in our corporate offices located at Pennington, NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily inventory reconciliation: SKU wise reconciliation is to be done for all products with our distribution center inventory.
  • Process purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.
  • Analyze data in Excel to determine appropriate inventory levels for finished products
  • Inventory adjustment for all returns, damage, sample and donation.
  • Good Receipt Note entry/Good Receipt Note upload for new shipment at the time of invoice receipt: System entry is to be done in ERP/SAP system.
  • Assign GTIN for Track & Trace
  • Temperature data logger review. Need to down load temperature data form Temperature data logger/review and if data within the acceptable range, need to release product for further distribution.
  • Support other miscellaneous work as and when required.

Education or Equivalent:

  • Requires a four-year college or university degree.

 

Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience as data analyst in the field of Supply chain / Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in SAP tool will be added advantage.
  • Ability to work with cross functional groups, and handle difficult situations under pressure.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to utilize ERP information and analyze results.
  • Strong computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Take initiative and has strong follow through.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Environment:

  • Must be available for occasional travel.

Physical Requirement:

  • General office environment, ability to sit for long periods.
